Often, effort is high and teams are busy, yet progress feels harder than it should. Decisions stall. Priorities compete. Execution becomes noisy. Leaders sense something important is off, even if it’s difficult to name. Most organizations don’t struggle because of a lack of talent or ambition. They struggle because strategy, leadership, and execution drift out of alignment as the business evolves. What once worked no longer fits the current reality. That’s where I come in. I help senior leaders diagnose what is truly constraining progress, clarify strategic direction at critical inflection points, and align leadership teams around the few decisions that matter most. The goal isn’t more activity, it’s clearer thinking, so effort compounds instead of dispersing. My work often begins with a Strategic Diagnostic - a focused, executive-level engagement designed to surface root causes quickly and restore clarity before misalignment becomes costly. From there, I help leadership teams translate strategy into decisions the organization can actually execute. I bring both academic rigor and operating experience to this work. I hold an interdisciplinary PhD in Law, Policy, and Society, am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and have served in C-Suite roles within global and complex organizations. This allows me to work comfortably with executive teams and boards where decision quality and accountability matter. I don’t sell playbooks or generic frameworks. My work is tailored to your organization, it is diagnostic before prescriptive, grounded in how organizations actually function, and focused on clarity, alignment, and leadership responsibility.
