With a background as an award-winning Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Experience Officer in the multifamily housing industry, I now bring my expertise to property management companies, PropTech providers, and real estate investment firms through my consulting firm, Catchpoint Collective. I specialize in helping organizations navigate transformation—bridging strategy, execution, and innovation to drive measurable performance and stronger customer and associate experiences. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in mathematics theory, I serendipitously entered the multifamily housing industry and quickly discovered both a passion for the work and a belief in the industry’s potential to evolve. Over the course of my career, I have led enterprise-level transformation, helped modernize multifamily marketing, and championed initiatives that elevated customer experience, brand performance, and operational effectiveness. Today, I leverage my C-suite leadership experience to support organizations through services that include: • Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) • Fractional Chief Experience Officer (CXO) • Executive and strategic advisory for marketing optimization, centralization, and technology adoption • PropTech and MarTech strategy, evaluation, and implementation • National speaking engagements on multifamily strategy, customer experience, AI, and innovation In addition to my consulting work, I am also the Co-Founder of Journey Lens, where my partner Tami Siewruk and I help organizations deeply understand renter, resident, and employee journeys. By combining qualitative insights with data-driven analysis, we identify meaningful opportunities to improve experiences, strengthen human connection, and drive sustainable results across the entire customer lifecycle. I currently serve on Zillow’s Multifamily Housing Advisory Board, the Ohio State University Department of Mathematics Board of Advisors, RETTC’s Customer Experience and Marketing Committee, the Founding Member Bilt Alliance Advisory Board, and additional industry boards.
