I’ve spent my career looking for ways to increase impact—both in the businesses I’ve helped scale and in the people I’ve coached along the way. That path has taken me through the $0–$100M ARR journey three times, across roles as an operator, executive coach, and advisor. At AdRoll, I built and led a team that drove $58M in revenue in just 22 months. At LeadGenius (backed by YC, Andreessen Horowitz, and Sierra Ventures), I served as VP of Sales, quadrupling revenue in 18 months and supporting the CEO through a $15M Series B. Today, I’m serving as fractional CRO at Supernal AI—helping shape the GTM engine for one of the first companies to build AI-native employees. Since 2018, I’ve coached, advised, or mentored more than 400 startup founders, blending practical sales strategy with leadership development. I earned my executive coaching certification from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and have taught at Stanford, Berkeley, University of Chicago, and inside 22 startup accelerators across 14 countries. I hold a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, where I focused on leadership, systems thinking, and organizational administration—training that still shapes my approach to executive leadership development and go-to-market strategy.
