Across my career, I’ve helped grow businesses alongside teams at companies like Mattel, Hasbro, Walmart, and Kodak, and with founders navigating everything from product launches and licensing to supply chain shifts and new commerce models. Today, I do that work as an Executive and Fractional Chief Commercial Officer with The Proper Group. I embed with leadership teams and run focused 30, 60, and 90-day sprints designed to create clarity, momentum, and measurable results.
