By night, I’m constantly torn between the hustle for muscle and compulsion for rest, reflection and pure laziness. I’m either logging time in the weight room or on my Peloton, or negotiating between a beverage, self-care, or whatever “must see” Netflix foolery that has shown up in my feed.
