I’m a healthcare marketing and workforce strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations rethink how they attract, engage, and retain talent. My work sits at the intersection of marketing, recruitment, clinician experience, and business performance. I partner closely with executives, IT and technology leaders, recruiters, and HR teams to move beyond transactional hiring and build strategies that strengthen engagement, retention, and workforce sustainability. I didn’t come up through a traditional marketing ladder. I built my career inside the business, working alongside executives, IT leaders, recruiters, and operators in environments where execution, outcomes, and system design mattered more than theory. That perspective continues to shape how I lead, prioritize, and measure success. I’ve built award-winning marketing and recruitment campaigns across multiple industries within the staffing vertical and broader workforce solutions ecosystem. That includes creating a recruitment marketing campaign that outperformed Coca-Cola’s “Share a Coke” with a fraction of the budget, as well as launching an employee ambassador program that increased engagement by more than 500 percent. The common thread in my work is simple: when you center the human experience and prove impact through data, results follow. Today, my work increasingly focuses on integrating AI and automation into marketing and recruitment strategies in thoughtful, human-centered ways. I help organizations use AI to remove friction, improve decision-making, and scale insight without losing trust, empathy, or accountability. I also lead and contribute to white papers and thought leadership initiatives focused on clinician experience, workforce sustainability, and the future of recruitment. My focus is helping organizations translate insight into action and design strategies that deliver measurable impact for both people and performance. I’m a member of the Forbes Communications Council and a Forbes contributor, and I regularly write and speak on leadership, recruitment, AI adoption, marketing, and the future of work. Outside of work, I love travel, new experiences, and anything that gets me out exploring. I believe deeply in leading with empathy, doing the right thing even when it’s hard, and bringing clarity, care, and integrity to everything I build.
