I created Vogel Venture Marketing with the mission to help small and mid-sized organizations drive growth and engagement by leveraging marketing fundamentals while creating momentum through storytelling backed by data. The name Vogel means bird in German, which speaks to my heritage as well as my strategic (bird’s eye) approach combined with tactical planning. Vogel Venture is a strategic marketing consulting business providing flexible marketing services to help organizations level up their marketing, optimize communication and increase brand presence to drive engagement and growth. From fractional leadership to strategy sessions and project based work, we meet organizations where they are and move them forward. I’ve been an adjunct professor at Metro State since 2008 teaching an undergrad marketing course. While my professional experience is the cornerstone of my success as an instructor, working with students and helping them make a connection to the impact and potential of marketing is the reason I look forward to every new semester. Teaching is my soul food. My creative outlet is drawing, and my favorite animal is birds. I've combined these things in my bird drawings which can be found at www.littlebirdiebuddies.com. I used the illustrations to write a series of children's books called Little Birdie Buddies.
