About
I work as an embedded Fractional CMO and Chief Growth Officer for growth-stage companies scaling beyond early traction. I bring three decades of hands-on marketing and growth leadership, and my model is straightforward. I work embedded as part of the executive team. I attend leadership meetings, build and lead internal teams, guide vendor selection, build growth systems, and report to executive and board stakeholders. I own execution and outcomes. I work across marketing, sales, operations, and finance because growth systems break when those functions operate in silos. I partner closely with commercial and operational leaders to align demand generation, capacity, conversion, and unit economics. I focus on building practical growth engines: demand generation, conversion systems, and marketing operations that tie directly to revenue performance. Over the past several years I have supported companies across healthcare, technology, advertising, e-commerce, CPG, and professional services, helping leadership teams move from scattered marketing activity to scalable growth. My sweet spot is founder-led companies in the roughly 3M to 20M revenue range that have traction but need embedded executive growth leadership to reach the next level. Through VAXA I also work with SMB leadership teams on practical AI implementation. Most companies are using AI as a prompt and content tool. I help leadership teams identify where AI can be built into their actual operations, sales, and marketing systems to create real efficiency and measurable returns. I am always open to conversations with CEOs and founders who want embedded growth leadership without adding a full-time executive hire, and to referrals for companies that fit that model.
