For nearly 19 years, I’ve worked inside these industries helping founders and leadership teams turn complex products, science, and ideas into clear strategy, confident positioning, and real market momentum. My role is to bring clarity to complexity — so priorities become obvious, decisions feel lighter, and marketing functions as a leadership lever rather than a collection of tactics. My work focuses on aligning business strategy, go-to-market direction, and positioning; translating strategy into language customers and clinicians trust; and designing growth systems that support adoption and momentum. Fractional CMO leadership is one way I deliver this work when marketing leadership is the constraint. But the work always starts earlier: with clarity, alignment, and direction.
