About

I help EdTech, SaaS, education, and mission-driven organizations design and implement marketing and growth systems that support scale with disciplined risk. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operating design, and resource allocation, where marketing, growth, and institutional structure have to work together or they work against each other. Across national nonprofits, education ventures, membership organizations, and higher education institutions, I have led growth at inflection points where the old model was breaking and a new one had to be built. That has meant redesigning value propositions, rebuilding operating models, and connecting marketing and enrollment systems directly to long-term financial sustainability. In roles carrying accountability for multi-million dollar marketing investment and operating models spanning dozens of institutions, the work has consistently been about connecting marketing performance to long-term institutional health. I have held executive accountability for acquisition, lifecycle engagement, revenue operations, partnerships, and cross-functional alignment. I partner closely with CEOs and boards to clarify risk thresholds, align incentives, and bring structural discipline to periods of growth and transition. My background also includes leading growth in SaaS, marketplace, and platform environments where digital marketing, lifecycle engagement, pricing, and go-to-market systems were central to expansion. In those roles, I built global and multi-channel demand systems, aligned marketing and sales around shared performance goals, and helped organizations move from fragmented execution toward more durable customer acquisition and growth models. My focus is integrating strategy, marketing, enrollment, partnerships, pricing, and analytics into durable systems that support sustainable growth, not just short-term performance. I am particularly drawn to organizations advancing education access, workforce pathways, and institutional durability, where governance and growth must work in concert. I have also contributed to national conversations on education and workforce alignment, including participation in a U.S. Senate Finance Committee hearing on higher education financing and published work on jobs-driven education innovation and STEM workforce pathways.
