About
Chief Hairball Untangler with diverse skills and a 360° perspective —from co-founder startup scrappiness to Fortune 5 scale. Whether it's launching disruptive platforms, repositioning legacy brands, or helping a unicorn find its voice, I connect the dots between creative vision, business strategy, and consumer obsession. I have built brand stories for Apple, NBCUniversal, Discovery, Esteé Lauder, and Google acquisitions, and I once convinced Blockbuster to beta a digital rental kiosk in 1998. (Timing, alas.) Inflection points that shaped my approach to brand and business: • At Apple, I helped define the voice and roadmap for iAd. I created the “Pursuit Process” to evolve the ad sales model from transactional to strategic. • I co-founded Witi (Wellness Insight Technologies) and led the development of Kazu, a patented cannabis dosing and engagement platform. Perrigo now licenses Witi for use in nicotine cessation therapy. • I rebranded and scaled social commerce app Piccing to 12M monthly users and 204% YOY growth. • As VP of 360 Comms at AOL/Time Warner, I led a 40-person team with zero attrition in 4 years, and earned the #1 industry rank for creative and marketing support. A native Spanish speaker, Parsons BFA, and occasional guest lecturer, I live to simplify the complex, untangle the messy, and lead teams with curiosity, clarity, and caffeine. Let’s connect if you're building something brave.
