Overview

Hi, I’m Eric Golman - an entrepreneur with a passion for marketing, selling on the internet, and building businesses. My journey began at 11 years old when I launched my first online business, selling USB hard drives on Amazon with a +50% profit margin to save up for a remote control fire truck. That success sparked a love for entrepreneurship, leading to ventures like flipping cars, boats, and trailers before I was old enough to drive. About

During the 2009 recession, I ran a property management business managing over 500 foreclosure properties from eviction to sale. As Co-Founder and CEO of Javazen, an award-winning coffee startup, I gained hands-on experience across all aspects of business—marketing, product development, supply chain management, finance, and customer service. I spent three years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) mastering B2B marketing strategy and scaling campaigns that drove significant ROI and over $1B in SQL pipeline. Currently, I’m the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at WareSpace, where I lead marketing and sales strategies for a fast-growing warehouse real estate company. My focus is on driving growth, building relationships, and creating innovative campaigns that make leasing warehouse space fast, easy, and worry-free. As a fractional CMO, I’ve worked with companies ranging from ecommerce SaaS platforms to launching a vitamin gummies brand. I’ve also led marketing and ecommerce for KosherWine.com, Judaica.com, and Kosh.com, growing sales through strategic campaigns and data-driven optimization. I’ve found magic in applying B2B strategies to B2C and vice versa, uncovering unique insights by blending the best of both worlds. My strengths lie in strategy, analytics, project management, and marketing/ecommerce technology. I love rolling up my sleeves to build CRM lifecycle automations, split-test landing pages, and design loyalty programs. I’ve successfully led digital marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C companies, from Fortune 500s to scrappy startups. When I’m not building businesses, you might find me playing saxophone for my one-man band, “Golman Sax,” or reflecting on my record-setting days as a powerlifter.
