About
I’m a strategic marketing leader with 20 years of experience driving growth through intentional storytelling, community-centered campaigns, and operational excellence. My career has been anything but linear—by design. In 2014, my husband and I initiated the adoption process—a journey that brought our first child home in 2016 and, as if 2020 wasn’t chaotic enough, introduced us to our second child (a toddler) that same year. I like to joke that I spent as many hours—and matched creative energy—designing our adoption profile book as I’ve poured into some client campaigns. Luckily, a decade of marketing experience came in handy for making us the brand worth swiping right on. To stay fully present during those life-changing years (after we were "approved and waiting"), I pivoted into fractional consulting, partnering with agencies and long-term clients who trusted me as their embedded strategist. Those relationships weren’t just projects—they were multi-year collaborations where I launched Pinterest for a retail client to 25K organic followers, ran an influencer network of 50 creators who 4x’d their Instagram engagement, and built marketing systems from the ground up. That decade of hybrid work provided me with a 360-degree view of every role on a marketing team and sharpened my ability to see the big picture while coaching specialists. As an INTJ and Enneagram 5, I bring deep strategic thinking, a love of data, and just enough nerdy humor (I claimed my first name as my Twitter handle back when hashtags were new) to keep creativity thriving. Drawing on my CliftonStrengths—Ideation, Intellection, Maximizer, Futuristic, and Relator—I bring big-picture vision, deep strategic thinking, and a talent for elevating what’s already working into something exceptional. Now, nearly a year into my return to full-time leadership, I’m energized by the impact of this work and curious about what’s ahead. I’m open to conversations with established companies where visionary strategy and a Maximizer’s eye for unlocking untapped potential can accelerate growth and create new opportunities for progression.
