Overview
Most companies try to fix growth problems with better execution: more marketing, new tactics, more spend. But when growth isn’t compounding, execution usually isn’t the issue. The issue is how the business is structured to grow. When your offerings, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy aren’t aligned, performance breaks down. Marketing doesn’t fix that, it exposes that. This is the work I do: I diagnose and fix what’s really blocking your growth by addressing the underlying misalignment across the business. This includes: • Offerings: what you sell and how it’s structured • Pricing: how it supports (or undermines) your strategy • Positioning: how you compete and differentiate • Go-to-market: how it all connects in the market When those elements are aligned, growth becomes more predictable, scalable, and efficient. This perspective comes from experience, not theory. I’ve spent 30+ years working across marketing strategy, product development, pricing, and revenue growth, as well as founding and leading a business and serving as a CMO. Across that work, a pattern became clear: companies rarely struggle because they aren’t doing enough. They struggle because the pieces of their business aren’t working together. That’s why new tactics and added budget often don’t change the outcome. I don’t operate as a traditional consultant or agency. I work as a strategic advisor, showing you what’s actually happening and guiding you in the decisions required to fix it. If you’re trying to understand what’s really holding your growth back - and fixing it - we should talk. If you’re looking for more marketing tactics, I am not the right fit.
