I build and scale revenue organizations in some of the most complex, relationship-driven markets in the world — public sector, GovTech, and urban mobility. The work energizes me because the mission matters — safer streets, more efficient cities, and transportation systems that work for the people who depend on them. The markets are complex, the relationships run deep, and that is exactly where I do my best work. From leading a 50-person global commercial org at Verra Mobility, to founding the sales organization at Vontas from zero — delivering 91% revenue growth in Year 1 — to closing landmark public sector contracts including a $200M+ open payments deal, the first of its kind in North America, and a large-scale EAM implementation at the MTA. At peak responsibility, I have overseen nearly $500M in annual recurring revenue and have won contracts totalling over $1B in TCV. I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — designing the GTM motion, building the team, installing the process, closing the deals. That is what I call commercial architecture — what PE-backed and growth-stage companies need when they are serious about scaling revenue, not just adding headcount. Three things that set me apart: Extensive experience as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt — certified across Lean, DMAIC, and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), including a rare Marketing Black Belt specialization. I bring process discipline that shows up in forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and win rates. Most CROs run on instinct. I run on data and repeatable and predictable processes. I have worked at every level of government — local, state, federal, and international. From the U.S. Navy as a national account, to influencing transportation safety standards with governments worldwide, to managing DBE and MWBE compliance on federally funded infrastructure projects. Most revenue leaders know one level of government. I have sold to, partnered with, and influenced policy at all of them. Built in the startup. Scaled in the enterprise. Led the turnaround. Most executives do one well. I have done all three. Currently serving as Fractional CRO through True North Advisory Services, working with PE-backed and growth-stage companies building commercial infrastructure to scale.
