About
Focused on AI as an enterprise transformation agenda—not just a technology deployment. Healthcare is entering its next major transformation. Not simply because of artificial intelligence—but because AI is forcing organizations to rethink how care delivery, operations, and enterprise technology work together. The real challenge isn’t adopting AI tools. It’s translating AI into enterprise value, operating model change, and scalable healthcare workflows. That’s where I focus. For more than three decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of: • healthcare delivery • enterprise technology platforms • digital transformation • emerging technologies, including AI and hybrid cloud My role has consistently been to act as the translation layer between clinicians, technologists, and executive leadership. Engineers build technology. Clinicians understand patient care. Boards and CEOs must ensure technology translates into measurable enterprise impact. Bridging those worlds is where meaningful transformation happens. My Current Focus: AI as an Operating Model Shift The conversation about AI is rapidly evolving. The question is no longer: “How do we deploy AI tools?” The real question is: “How do we redesign healthcare workflows and operating models to unlock AI-driven value?” Leading organizations are beginning to think about AI the way boards and executive teams should: • AI as an enterprise investment portfolio • AI as a driver of end-to-end workflow transformation • AI as a platform for new growth models and operational leverage The opportunity is not incremental automation. It’s the reinvention of healthcare operating systems. How I Contribute I work with healthcare organizations, technology companies, and startups to: • identify operational value pools where AI can transform care delivery • translate healthcare workflow challenges into scalable technology platforms • design enterprise go-to-market strategies in complex healthcare ecosystems • help organizations move from AI experimentation to enterprise transformation My background spans large enterprise technology companies and emerging digital health innovators, helping both navigate the complexity of healthcare systems and scale solutions that improve operational performance and patient outcomes. A Simple Way to Describe My Work I help organizations translate healthcare workflow problems into scalable technology and AI transformation strategies. Or as I sometimes joke: “I’m not a physician—but I’ve spent a career studying how healthcare systems actually work.”
