I’ve led & advised growth initiatives for global consulting, technology, and professional services firms including Cognizant, Capco, BearingPoint, Scient, and iXL, designing GTM strategies, scaling ABM programs, and driving growth across global financial services clients. My approach is client-centric and execution-driven, focused on accelerating pipeline and building brand distinction in complex consulting and technology environments. As CMO, Financial Services at Cognizant, I brought the kind of marketing leadership that turns brand equity into revenue growth — and revenue growth into enterprise value. I helped shape a GTM-aligned marketing function that drove double digit YoY growth in marketing-influenced revenue. My high-performing team and I were recognized with multiple Momentum ITSMA awards for marketing excellence and thought-leadership alignment. Today, companies bring me in when they need senior marketing leadership without the long ramp or full-time commitment — to reset GTM strategy, align marketing and sales, accelerate demand, or support the next phase of growth. My strength is quickly diagnosing where to focus and helping teams move from strategy to execution. Advancing women in the workplace is central to who I am. I founded Cognizant’s FS Women’s Leadership Council, launched Cognizant’s Women Empowered NYC chapter, and was named Cognizant’s first MAKERS Honoree. I also served six years on the Women’s Bond Club Board and continue to support WBC as a Strategic Growth Marketing Consultant, contributing to its visibility, growth, and mission to elevate women across financial services. I’m deeply committed to giving back — joining my husband, eye surgeon Dr. Douglas F. Buxton, on medical missions delivering vision-restoring care in underserved communities, and advocating for women’s health as a breast cancer survivor. Outside of work, I focus on what matters most: family, friends, health, fitness, and meaningful experiences. Douglas and I split our time between Manhattan and Southampton with our rescue dog, Pancho Ramón.
