As a change agent, problem solver, and community builder, I have extensive experience in global B2B Marketing roles. Leveraging my strategic alliance and partnership background at IBM for the bulk of my career, I support industry-wide initiatives at the Association of National Advertising. I am honored to have won several industry recognitions including the 2024 Cloud Girls Trailblazer Award, the 2024 Change Leadership Award for DEIB, the 2021 CompTIA Advancing Diversity in Technology Leadership Award, the 2020 CompTIA Woman in Technology Leadership Award, and recognized among the CRN Women of the Channel for several years. As VP Global Community Engagement for CompTIA, I engaged industry colleagues through Communities, Committees, Advisory Councils, and Technology Interest Group digital forums. Previously, I was the IBM AI Applications & Blockchain Global Ecosystem Marketing Leader where I started a blockchain social innovation practice. I served as Global Program Director for Business Partner Strategy for IBM Global Business Partner Marketing and developed the Emerging Leaders initiative to mentor and engage early career professionals. Passionate about community service, I am involved in many Corporate Sustainability & Responsibility projects. I served in global program director roles for Digital Content Marketing and Value Added Distributor marketing. I developed and led the IBM Business Partner Innovation Center program. Under my direction 100 centers launched globally, providing significant local reach to Business Partners and customers. Working with distributors, the centers created an ecosystem of top partners delivering innovative solutions to the marketplace. I began my career in the world of advertising in New York City serving as an account manager for blue chip accounts such as IBM, SAP, and Sony. It was my success in developing and implementing multi-tier channel development programs that brought me into IBM as a professional hire to start channel marketing and strengthen the channel relationships for the IBM Personal Computing Division. I have led a variety of breakthrough initiatives including award-winning channel advertising campaigns, special projects for the Olympics, and new partner programs. I am on the Aspire2STEAM Advisory Board, and serve as a Board Member for Rise Up Community Arts and the Southern New Jersey Region for Hadassah Medical Organization, and Past President of my religious institution, the JP Stevens High School Band Parents Association, the Middlesex County STEM Academy Foundation, and Alumni Association.
