As CEO of Stone Group, I hold full P&L responsibility for a global refurbishing and repair enterprise generating more than $200M in annual revenue. I led a successful business turnaround and drove international expansion of refurbishment and repair facilities across the United States, China, and Dubai, positioning the company as a trusted global partner in the circular economy. Under my leadership, Stone penetrated 27+ major telecom operators and leading insurance providers, securing high-value repair and refurbishment contracts with OEMs and carriers while consistently delivering double-digit EBITDA margins through operational discipline and strategic focus. Previously, I helped scale HUBX.com into one of the fastest-growing B2B e-commerce companies in the world, surpassing $1.7B in sales in four years and earning Inc. 5000 recognition. At Brightstar, I led global sales and distribution across 51 countries, managing multibillion-dollar product lines including handsets, accessories, and wearables. As COO of Digicel, I drove digital transformation initiatives, built multinational sales organizations, and launched mobile platforms that generated significant new revenue streams. In addition to my operating roles, I serve as a strategic advisor to multiple technology companies, bringing hands-on expertise in emerging technologies and digital business models. I advise Shield on crypto-based cross-border payment solutions and stablecoin infrastructure, and Nebulai AI on artificial intelligence, blockchain integration, and digital transformation strategies.
