My career focus has been building and managing robust sustainability programs that show true industry leadership, illustrating that financial and social/environmental returns are mutually reinforcing and mission-critical objectives. Deep expertise in consumer goods and retail-related sustainability; building and executing sustainability strategy; and impact analysis, measurement, reporting and communications. Currently supporting investors and brands as a fractional head of impact and sustainability, as well as an operating advisor through my consulting practice, Impact FWD. In this role, I define and operationalize sustainability strategies across investments, portfolio companies, and brands. Clients include Nespresso, GroundForce Capital, Once Upon a Farm, Radicle Ventures as well as advisory relationships with EQT Partners and rePurpose Global. My expertise is in the nexus of impact investment and sustainable operations across consumer products, ecommerce, textiles, apparel, packaging, waste/materials, circularity and supply chain. Published industry's first metric around plastic intensity (lbs of plastic shipped per $100 net revenue) creating a metric that showcases Grove's efforts to decouple growth from use of plastic.
