About
As a fractional CMO, I work with and help home furnishings, décor, consumer, and lifestyle brands bring focus and traction to marketing and e-commerce when the work is happening, but the results aren’t quite adding up. That moment might look like a stalled growth curve, a messy ecommerce launch, or a marketing organization that’s busy but fragmented. Leadership knows something needs to change and they just don’t want more noise. That’s where I come in. I’ve spent over two decades leading marketing, digital, and ecommerce functions inside consumer businesses, often at inflection points: launching ecommerce, fixing what wasn’t working, or helping companies regain momentum after a period of decline. Over time, I saw the same pattern repeat — lots of activity, too many ideas, and not enough clear direction. What makes the difference isn’t more execution. It’s better decisions, made in the right order, and held accountable. As a fractional Chief Marketing Officer, I provide strategic leadership (not task execution). My job is to set direction, align teams and partners, and make sure the right work gets done. In practice, that means: • defining clear priorities across brand, channels, and messaging • deciding where to invest, where to pull back, and when to hold or fold • aligning marketing and ecommerce around shared KPIs leadership can trust • bringing discipline and judgment to spend, sequencing, and expectations I believe marketing works best when it’s focused, measurable, and grounded in business reality, not when it’s chasing every opportunity or trend. A key part of what I do is replace chaos with clarity and help executive leadership teams move forward with confidence. I’m always interested in how brands, systems, and people come together to build something that lasts — especially in industries where taste, product, and operational complexity intersect. Let’s connect if you’re: • A home furnishings, décor or lifestyle brand looking for marketing leadership but don’t have the budget to hire a full-time CMO • Launching or rebuilding ecommerce and need clear direction • Experiencing stalled growth and want focus, traction, and accountability • Looking for a senior marketing leader who leads through judgment, not noise I’m open to chatting about new ideas, tackling challenges, or exploring ways we can make an impact together.
