I’m a Revenue Leader (CMO, COO), and product strategist with 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and product. Most recently, I spent 3 years as cofounder and COO of an AI creator platform in gaming and education, building teams, GTM engines, and product offerings from the ground up. I’m a 2x founder and have worked inside six early-stage startups, including as employee #7 at Health Catalyst (HCAT), where I helped scale the company from pre-seed to a $1.2B IPO. While running my app development business, I built 20+ apps for client companies, led cross-functional teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and served as a Fractional CMO, gaining an operator’s mindset and the ability to translate vision into execution under pressure. Earlier in my career, I designed web-based courses and gamified learning experiences, exploring how storytelling, technology, and interactive design can simplify complex topics and drive behavior change. My entrepreneurial streak started young—from running a lawn care business to door-to-door sales—which shaped my approach to leadership: resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating uncertainty. Now, I’m focused on helping startups and mission-driven organizations scale through AI-driven growth, product strategy, and marketing/sales leadership. I’m open to full-time executive roles or fractional CMO/COO/CRO engagements, and I love connecting with builders, growth-minded leaders, and teams tackling ambitious challenges.
