I’m an operator at heart, and my career has been defined by owning the business, not just marketing. Before leading a global marketing organization as CMO, I led multi-billion-dollar categories at Amazon, translating customer insights and go-to-market strategy into measurable, profitable growth. During my 13 years as a General Manager at Amazon, I owned $XB P&Ls across categories including Lawn & Garden, Home Improvement, and Consumer Electronics. I partnered with many of the world’s most-recognized consumer brands to accelerate growth, improve profitability, and expand their presence across digital channels. I also helped scale Amazon’s private label portfolio, including Amazon Essentials and Amazon Basics, by launching new products, expanding into new categories, and building customer retention and lifecycle strategies that drove repeat purchase and long-term value. As Chief Marketing Officer at Pattern, I led global brand strategy, product marketing, content, and demand generation. I repositioned the company’s narrative, rearchitected its go-to-market approach, and built the messaging and content foundation used in its S-1 and IPO process. Now, as a fractional CMO and advisor, I’m energized by opportunities to partner with founders, CEOs, and investors to scale great businesses into category leaders.
