I wore every hat. Worked solo. Survived some questionable leadership. Learned fast. Eventually built the team, led a full rebrand, scaled inbound, drove demand gen, launched a podcast, and created a profitable live event from scratch. (all credit here goes to my killer team!) All while riding the rollercoaster of multi-million dollar raises alongside some of the smartest, kindest humans I’ve ever worked with. Here’s what I believe: Great execution is the ultimate differentiator. Test many things. Fail often. Stay grounded in the data. Your brand is only as good as your ability to innovate and adapt. Good strategy hinges on understanding what makes your customers tick. You’re only as good as the team you surround yourself with. No tool or agency replaces someone who gets it and gets sh*t done.
