My background spans B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, logistics, and data platforms. I’ve led go-to-market work across North America and global regions, selling into C-level ICPs, enterprise buying groups, and cross-functional stakeholders with different priorities. I’m comfortable operating in startup environments where speed matters and in enterprise motions where credibility, alignment, and execution matter just as much. I’ve built and led teams, developed talent, and set the operating rhythm needed to turn strategy into execution. My style is hands-on. I like building the first version, showing the standard, coaching the team in real time, and helping people grow into stronger operators. In some roles that meant building from scratch. In others, it meant stepping into an existing team, creating clarity, improving accountability, and helping the group perform at a higher level. My scope has included performance marketing, multi-channel ABM, demand gen, lifecycle, paid media, content, positioning, sales enablement, funnel operations, and RevOps alignment. I’m often brought in to build the engine, fix what is not converting, and make marketing more accountable to pipeline and revenue. My approach is practical and commercial. Clear ICPs. Strong messaging. Tight channel alignment. Better handoff between marketing and sales. Reporting leadership trusts. I care about building programs and teams that perform across the full funnel and hold up under revenue scrutiny. I do my best work with founders and leadership teams who want marketing to operate as a growth function, not a support function.
