Across SaaS, eCommerce, and payments-adjacent platforms, I’ve repeatedly stepped into ambiguity and helped teams create a repeatable motion: sharper ideal customer and partner profiles, clearer qualification standards, stronger pipeline governance, and forecasting that leaders can trust. I’m equally comfortable leading enterprise deal strategy and building partner programs that become primary growth channels—platform alliances, SIs, agencies, ISV/integration partners, marketplace partners, referral partners, and affiliates—paired with enablement and co-sell execution that actually moves revenue. My leadership style is people-first and performance-driven: align on what matters, simplify the operating system, coach to strengths, and build the kind of rhythm where teams win consistently—not occasionally.
