Selected Work: ◉ Mighty Leaf Tea – Led marketing strategy that drove 19% CAGR and category leadership in premium tea, culminating in acquisition by Peet's Coffee. Scaled distribution to 13,000+ retail and 25,000+ foodservice locations. ◉ Rogue Ales & Spirits – Drove 25% growth in top U.S. chains and launched Batsquatch Hazy IPA, a top-15 national craft beer SKU, outperforming category trends during craft beer's contraction. ◉ True Terpenes – Delivered double-digit YoY growth for a leader in terpene innovation and functional ingredients. Launched 45+ products in one year and drove 30% increase in qualified wholesale leads. ◉ Chi Forest – Positioned high-growth Asian beverage brand for U.S. market entry. Built GTM strategy and launched e-commerce to drive early traction across DTC, Amazon, and retail. ◉ Chalice Brands – Developed award-winning cannabis and wellness portfolio, repositioning the brand for mainstream consumers and expanding to 300+ Oregon storefronts. ◉ LuxN, Inc. – Supported $250M+ capital raised, partnering with CEO on growth strategy and investor storytelling.
