I’ve spent years focused on numbers and tactics, but what drives me is helping leaders build companies worth choosing. Brands that win not because they shouted the loudest, but because they created real value, told the right stories, and built belief. Along the way, I share what I’m learning through writing, speaking, and conversations with CEOs. My goal is simple: to reframe how we think about growth so it shifts from convincing to truly being chosen.
