She currently serves as SVP of Marketing for Lyra Health, a high growth technology platform offering mental health services to 3000+ clients with ~$1B in revenue and Series G investment. Alison also founded a consulting practice to help startup and growth stage companies like GoPro, Ancestry and Bragg accelerate their vision and prepare for major milestones. Her operating leadership includes teams of 1 to 100 and P&Ls from early stage inception to sustained revenue of $1B+ and profitable exits. Known as a trusted partner to executives and investors, Alison leverages her unparalleled go-to-market experience across multiple industries to quickly assess market and brand dynamics, identifying opportunities and removing obstacles. She draws from an innate understanding of the customer to unlock product market fit, pivot value propositions to stand out in the market, and build plans and high performing teams to scale growth. Her proven model leverages marketing as a force multiplier to unlock growth across some of the most complex, rapidly evolving industry sectors from consumer, tech, retail and healthcare. An active board director, Alison currently serves on both the compensation and M&A committees for The Cannabist Company (NEO: CBSTF). Previously a board director for a private equity-backed lifesciences company, she helped reposition Generate Life Sciences for a successful sale to Cooper Companies (NYSE: COO).
