As a Fractional CMO and Creative Director with more than 20 years in marketing, I partner with nonprofits, manufacturers, financial institutions, and community-focused organizations that are ready for their next stage of growth. My work lives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. Because growth doesn’t come from random tactics or chasing the latest platform. It comes from clear positioning, strong campaigns, and creative that actually moves people to act. Over the past two decades, I’ve led brand launches, multi-channel campaigns, video productions, websites, and community-driven initiatives for organizations ranging from solo founders to international companies. Today, my focus is on organizations doing meaningful work and looking for a strategic partner to help them grow with clarity and momentum. I’m the co-owner and Creative Director of Creative Marketing Strategies, a full-service marketing agency serving clients across the Midwest. In addition to leading the agency, I work directly with leadership teams as a Fractional CMO—helping align strategy, teams, and campaigns so marketing becomes a true growth driver.
