About
I’ve spent my career operating at the intersection of financial services, executive relationships, and complex business execution. While my background has included commercial and growth leadership, the work I’ve consistently been strongest in — and most energized by — has been helping leadership teams navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute across a lot of moving parts. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across fintech, wealth management, and family-office-adjacent environments, partnering with founders, CEOs, operators, and sophisticated financial stakeholders on strategic initiatives, organizational buildout, and high-value business decisions. My experience includes: • Leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, operations, and leadership • Supporting go-to-market design, execution strategy, and organizational buildout • Managing high-trust relationships with executives, family offices, and institutional stakeholders • Translating complex business and operational challenges into structured, executable plans • Operating effectively in high-ambiguity, high-stakes environments where judgment and follow-through matter I’ve had the opportunity to help scale organizations from early growth stages through major inflection points, including contributing to a $705M acquisition by Nasdaq — giving me firsthand exposure to both building and operating inside high-growth, high-complexity businesses. Today, I’m interested in roles where I can operate more directly as a strategic executor and force multiplier to a founder, principal, CEO, or leadership team — particularly in Chief of Staff, strategic initiatives, executive operations, or family-office/principal’s-office environments. I’m drawn to situations where trust, discretion, and execution matter — and where helping great people think clearly and move faster creates real leverage.
