With a high-EQ leadership style, I thrive in people- and purpose-led environments, nurturing collaborative teams who think expansively and execute with precision. Together, we deliver growth that balances short-term wins with long-term brand equity, turning brands into movements. I recently entered a new season of exploration, looking at the role of community in brand building and growth. I'm consulting for high-growth consumer brands with community and experience at their core. I also run a creative marketing studio partnering with founders, other boutique agencies, commerce enablement tech and iconic brands to build culturally attuned, community-connected strategies and experiences. I”m the host of CADRE, an event series for brand founders and industry leaders across beauty, CPG and hospitality. We host events designed to maximize intimacy and connection amongst founders and industry peers. I also curate wine lists for dinner parties.
