I work as an extension of leadership teams to bring clarity, momentum, and cohesion across brand, content, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. With a rare 360-degree background spanning public relations, crisis communications, paid media, advertising sales, in-house brand leadership, and brand strategy, I understand how every layer of marketing works together to shape brand architecture, drive demand, and translate visibility into measurable growth. My career spans more than a decade across agency, media, and in-house leadership roles, including Weber Shandwick, NBCUniversal, and The Plaza Hotel, where I served as Director of Marketing & Communications. I later joined the executive committee for the highly anticipated reopening of Fairmont Century Plaza, helping bring the landmark property’s relaunch to market. That mix has shaped how I work: big-brand discipline applied to nimble ideas, with an emphasis on what actually moves the needle. Today, through my consultancy Maison AFT, I partner with hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands, as well as founder-led businesses, from launching something new to repositioning an established brand or building cultural relevance.
